These free entry point conversations are user-triggered, ensuring that your initial interaction with consumers remains cost-free, while subsequent conversations may incur charges. Please note, Islycom per message fees will still apply.

While the conversation originating from the ad is exempt from charges, standard pricing will be applicable for Facebook and Instagram ads that direct users to WhatsApp. Rest assured, your initial connection is on us, providing a frictionless experience for both you and your audience.


For businesses, the 24-hour conversation window commences upon the first message sent to the user. It’s crucial to note that each conversation type operates within its distinct 24-hour timeframe and is subject to individual charges. This ensures clarity and transparency in billing, as each interaction is treated separately, aligning with the specific needs and dynamics of your business communication.

When you submit a WhatsApp template for approval through the Islycom Console, you will be prompted to select a category. WhatsApp may override your chosen category and either approve or reject the template based on their classification criteria. Islycom’s system will notify you whether your selection was accepted or rejected, along with the final category determined by WhatsApp.
